The information below may be useful to employers seeking to comply with wage orders entered in Chapter 13 cases in the Eastern District of Missouri.
If you wish to send a paper check to comply with the wage order:
- Write the check to: Diana S. Daugherty, Chapter 13 Trustee.
- Include the Debtor's name and case number on the check or on an enclosure with the check.
- You may issue one check for multiple employees if you accompany the check with a voucher identifying each employee and case number and the amount of the check applicable to each employee.

The Trustee can accept electronic payments from employers in only the following ways:
TFS offers a number of options for employers to comply with bankruptcy court wage orders. If you would like to send payments through TFS you should contact them directly at 1-888-800-0294 or employer@TFSBillpay.com. TFS does charge for its services. Payments may be made directly to the Trustee's bank ONLY via payroll services that are able to send payment using the STANDARD CHILD SUPPORT FORMAT. An employer who wishes to make payments in this manner will first have to send a test file to the Trustee to determine if the format of employer payment will allow the bank to properly process the payments. The Trustee cannot accept direct electronic payments if the bank cannot obtain the necessary information with the payment.
